eliquidmart is back online, and their price on FlavourArt is marked down to $2.99 for 12ml ($3.99 on tobaccos). Capellas are also marked down to $2.99.

Nice to see competitive pricing on the FA!

Thanks a lot, HIC. 5ml = 2ml more than PV for $0.10. There goes another $25 on flavors...

Ok, I thought I'd read every post here, but if someone posted a recipe for Somoas, I totally missed it. Would you mind sharing again please? Thanks a bunch

Is this what you were thinking of - HIC's BASIC COCOA COOKIE as a starter for a Somoas?

Kabalm, I don't know what Somoa cookies are, but given your list of flavors, I can start you off with a tasty basic chocolate cookie:

BASIC COCOA COOKIE
1.5% FA Cocoa
1% FA Cookie
0.5% TFA Brown Sugar Extra
0.5% FA Caramel
0.5% FA Vienna Cream
up to 2% of your additions OR increase Cocoa up to 3% if you have no additions

This is a basic, rich cocoa cookie, not overly-sweet, and it leaves room to add other flavors. I recommend you (kabalm) try it first as-is to get a feel for it plain - then it sounds like you'd add more Caramel and a touch of Coconut.

Recipes based on chocolate/cocoa are a major challenge, no kidding! I mixed SO MANY dud chocolates before I found any that worked. Brown Sugar Extra adds a sugary baked flavor in combination with Cookie. Caramel and Vienna Cream are here to add smooth sweetness. You will not taste them at these percents against the Cocoa, but they are absolutely needed to make Cocoa into cookies IMO. By the way, the vapor trail from this smells really great!

I've made lots of different versions: peppermint (thin-mint like), orange, peanut butter (for reeses), walnut, and espresso have all been good. Never tried with coconut. A Black Forest version is on my to-do list. To be honest, I like it just fine plain. It hits my chocolate cravings like no vendor chocolate flavor ever did. (EDIT: Basic recipe plus 0.5% Hazelnut is very tasty, like Nutella)

Hope it's somehow useful for you. And I hope anyone who tries it will post their impressions and how their additions worked.

 CamT, also called Cam Blend
...
Yep, CamT = Sandalwood flavor, and the vapor trail smells like a 10-year-old girl using perfume for the first time. How is this even called a tobacco flavor? Seriously, it should be named Sandalwood (because it's exactly that) and listed under Florals. It would find fans if marketed like that.

I added FA Clove to see if it would make a clove cigarette. Um, now I have something a grandma hides in her sock drawer to keep mice away.

I'm going back to watermelon now! cough....cough...

Hehe! I did try to warn you guys...

However, a vape that repels mosquitoes is still a possibility. ;)

Has anyone tried the FA "Rose" ???

I got a chance to try a "rose" at a vape meet, and I really curled my nose at the thought BUT, I tried it any way.
I absolutely love sticking my nose in a rose but could not picture vaping it.
I think the idea of "tasting" a rose didn't compute with me. .. but I was game.
I was really surprised, There was no flavor or taste to speak of, but the aroma as you inhaled and exhaled was the exactly the same as smelling a rose. Fantastic

Anyway, I picked up the FA Rose a while back, and finally got around to trying it solo.
I had to keep adding more and more to it, and I never did get it too duplicate the one at the vape meet.
It had steeped over a month, so that wasn't the problem.
I ended up with a faint rose, but didn't want to add any more flavoring.
So I thought I'd ask if anyone else had any experience with it, and how it turned out.

Haven't tried the rose. However, be careful of sticking your nose in flowers without first looking. That was my first encounter with a bee sting. I was seven. The rose was purple, my favorite color at that age. I take a bit of extra time to stop and smell the roses now.

Oh yeah .. Around here, they are a favorite sleeping place for bumble bees .. big fat fuzzy cuties.

Don't think I want to try that. I tried Summer Clouds, it was like vaping Rose and Peaches, very strange, and I'd have not idea what to mix that with.

Fruity COPYRIGHTDMCA, take 3:

3% Lemon Sicily
1% Mandarin
1% Lime Cold Press
1% Black Cherry
.5% Bilberry
.5% Strawberry
.5% Raspberry
1.5% Meringue
1% Vienna Cream
.5% Acetyl Pyrazine (TFA)
2 drops per 10ml Sweetener (+/- .25%)
1 drop per 10ml Tart n Sour (+/- .125%)

Thoughts:
Whew. Getting closer. The cereal/fruit balance is perfect here, the sweet/tart balance as well. The overall fruit flavor is still just a tad more Trix/Froot Loops than FP though. I could stop right here and have a delicious cereal vape, but it's sooo close. I must push on.:)

Lemon needs to come down. That might be all it needs. Going to make #4 with 2% lemon as the only change, as well as #5 with 2% lemon, 1.5% cherry, and 1% bilberry.

Cool :D. I will have to try it, without raspberry, can't stand raspberry. You could try a version with some apple in it also.

Well, that doesn't sound promising ... I included a bottle of Summer Clouds in my last order, but haven't tried it yet.
Glad they are small samplers in that case.
Thanks
