Vaping vitamins??

Do tell the purpose of this.

I'm just exploring ingestion alternatives here.
Looking mainly at vaping Nootropics though.
Common food vitamins not so much.
I eat a good diet and take multi-vitamins already.
Vitamin B12 is said to be more readily absorbed sub-lingually than via though stomach walls, so I want to add B12, specifically, to my vape-rotation.
Others include Tryptophan and Melatonin, great for a late night vape for relaxing and getting to sleep.
Vapin' in the Cape has juice like that.
The site says it also includes GABA but I've read that GABA and other amino-acids get destroyed with heat, so?

1) Be very wary of adding random vitamins to your mixes. Recommendations for daily doses of vitamins almost universally assume you're eating them. Sub-lingually != in your lungs. Unlike stomachs, lungs weren't *meant* to be used to deliver minerals to your body.

2) Getting to sleep should not take too much effort if your diet is good.

3) I'm sorry because I know vitamin-poppers hate to hear this, but a good diet shouldn't require a multi-vitamin either. If you don't get vitamins (vital minerals), lots of bad stuff happens. However, taking more than your body can use doesn't really help much. They're like... underwear. Not having a pair of underwear on can cause problems. Wearing a pair will make those problems go away, but wearing two won't do anything else and may even cause its own problems.
