Yeah So This Thread is Quite possibly better than the Janty mini fogger thread.. and all i can think is "It's gettin hot in Herr so Take off all your clothes" ok maybe not that exact song, but maybe " welcome to the jungle "

Just to let you know I placed an order with steve 2 Friday's ago and didn't get it til this past Thursday.. Wasn't normal But he Kept me in the loop ..But USPS had no clue where my package was.

But then I placed another order Friday and Got it This morning so I really don't think it's Steve.. I think It's Just the Good Ole United States Postal Service.

Plus Steve told me his business went 4 times the average in sales this past week, so He's Slammed! I just think it's great If he emails me within the same day.

You know it's got to be Hard being the #1 Supplier of E-cigarettes in the U.S. and Only having him and his Wifey running it.

Number one seller? Wow I didn't know that. He must have his hands full! I'm just REALLY anxious to try this. It's raining really bad at my house. I Went out to olive garden tonight, and once we where done I had to smoke in the rain. As soon as I got back in the car my wife said "where is that Esmoke you freakin stink!" Nothing worse than a wet smoke smell...

I ordered from Steve on 12-15 and he shipped it 12-16. All I get from the tracking # Steve provided is that it left Santa Clarita on 12-17. Unfortunately, I am at the mercy of the postal service. Every day I get excited as I am on my way home just hoping it will be in the mailbox, but it never is, lol. I guess that will make it that much more exciting when I do get it.

But I do have to say, as most of you know, Steve has just been wonderful through the whole process. He answered every email I sent the same day and apologized when he couldn't change my order because he shipped it out so fast, lol. I will definately be ordering more stuff from Steve, but I think I will wait until after Christmas so shipping will be a little faster.

This is practically word for word my current situation, except that mine was shipped 12-16, and is now apparently in Pitt.

I ordered a few juices last night, and they're still processing after I've paid them. But Steve's a good guy who seems to be damn well SLAMMED at the moment. No biggie, not his fault.

Good morning fellow esmokers ! And Happy Holidays to you !

I don't post much, but I read the posts as often as I can.

I just had to post here about the excellent service from Steve at Puresmoker.com.

My last order was placed on the 19th, Friday, and received in Texas on the 22nd, Monday. Now that's fast, especially for Christmas time mail.

All my previous orders from Puresmoker.com have been fast, accurate, reasonable... and he is always so helpfull with quick info and advice.

Thanks for the great service, Ca$h ! So great that I placed another order this morning, I just knew I could find a good use for that Christmas Bonus !

Hey! Get my money first, then slag me and my people off, eh?

You all wish you lived in California!

Chris: Steve @ PureSmoker is top drawer... good product, good prices, great customer service, fast shipping. No fear. Actually, Trog provides good product and service, too, if you ever get hardcore enough to become his customer... despite his obvious prejudice against California, the greatest place on Earth.

As an aside, I recently moved from the LA area to the Inland Empire and was utterly dismayed to discover that nothing is open 24hrs or even late here. I have been to bars out here that close at 11pm...

Crap! First I was getting depressed over the American-bashing in the Iran thread, and now it has escalated to Californian-bashing! Can't we all just get along?

I, for one, am embarrassed by this Chris dude. We're not all that bad, I swear! You have to understand that California is full of transplants (especially LA), and they all seem to get wacky after living here for a while. I know a fair number of Brits who live here, and they don't seem to be immune to it either. :p

Back on topic: Puresmoker is indeed the king of fast shipping and great customer service. Just the other weekend, I was expecting an order from Johnson Creek to arrive, and I missed the mail man and was left with a delivery failure notice. Upon going to the post office to pick up my package, I was quite surprised to find out that it wasn't the JC order I had placed earlier in the week, but my Puresmoker order from the previous day! My first sample of the CaSh Coca-cola juice made me quite happy with the surprise. Steve rules! :thumb:

My order finally made it out of Fort Worth yesterday so hopefully I will have it today. What is funny is that my mother placed an order with Steve the same day I did. He probably shipped them out the same day, but the post office can't seem to deliver at the same time. She got hers yesterday. We live next door to each other so we expected to get them at the same time. If I get it by Christmas I will be happy. Most places take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks to ship something so I guess this is still fast. I just feel like a little kid getting for a new toy and the waiting is excrutiating.

i recon people who recon a place is perfect just cos they happen to live there are a pretty shorted sited bunch.. one big difference between US dudes and UK dudes is one lot is brought up to love their country come what may the other lot kinda lost faith many years ago..

quite how much reality distortion is permited for love of ones country or religion i am buggered if i know.. but a lot of it goes on.. he he

as a UK dude i aint even sure i like the excessive use of the word "service".. it smacks of "servitude"... darker skinned americans know what "servitude" is all about... i doubt the paler skinned Californian type do thow..

is it really what selling to an amercans is all about... "servitude".. a seller becoming a servant of the buyer..

i might well be in danger of doing a gerald ratner here.. but ... kissing and bullsh-t never has been my game.. sorry guys..

different worlds different cultures even when the same language is spoken..

Were Britons so jaded before Thatcher?

Edit: Ahem, were Greater Britons so jaded before Thatcher?

PS. on topic: if lots of competitors are selling fungible goods, service and price are about the only ways they can distinguish themselves. You are in the enviable position of having something your competitors don't, which gives you the luxury of not reducing yourself to a withering sycophant.

For me good customer "service," Trog, simply means I get what I ordered fairly quickly and if there is a problem I get a prompt and courteous response. I don't particularly need my ... kissed. As a for instance, I can't bear waiters or waitresses who who are too fawning or subservient. Same goes for posh hotels...

OTOH, customers do have a choice and level of service is one of the primary criteria, right behind quality of goods and price. I guess the question is: does the seller do the buyer a favor by putting goods on offer, or does the buyer do the seller a favor by purchasing? Or is it perhaps a bit of both.

As for Californians' attitude toward California... I was taking the piss a bit, but I do consider living in this state a privilege. We don't think the place is wonderful because we're here... we stay here because we think the place is wonderful. We're virtually a nation unto ourselves (near;y 40 million of us and the 6th largest economy in the world) and while we may be almost as jaded about the US as the Great British public are about their country, we're still fairly loyal to our state. Then there's that whole snow-skiing-in-the-morning-lunch-in-the-desert-dinner-and-drinks-by-the-sea thing. This is a very nice little slice of Earth here.

Plus all the jealousy and persecution coming from the rest of the world causes us to band togther. ;)

What is this bash on California week? Good god. I have ordered from a few websites and when they say something is going to be shipped out it is. Amazon, Oversock, Outpost, Bestbuy, etc. This was the first time I've order from a small company. Now I understand it's busy etc and after the email from Steve I realized he's a nice guy, he's just slammed, no big deal.

The thing is his website said "we ship within 24 hours" 48+ hours came and went and I thought uh oh I got jacked by some suppliers on a forum and they have my credit card. Esmoke buying is new to me and I had planned to purchased from Njoy as it seemed like a big company. I was getting a little worried I got scammed because a couple of people on a forum told me to order from this small site. I obviously now see that isn't the case. Having said that it's going on the 5th day and it's still "processing" so with all respect to everyone here and Steve (who really is a good guy) that's much further than 24 hours. He shoud just place a notice on his website so customers have a heads up. Seems pretty resonable to me.

I think many here have a personal relationship with Steve or at least know him in some way or another and get a little defensive. Just TRY to see it from my end. Or not I don't care

@ Dale,

I'm in the IE as well bro :) Not sure where you live that nothing is open 24 hours though. I live on the tip of San Deigo county and Walmart, Starbucks, McDonalds, CVS, Jack in the Box, Casinos are all open 24 hours or super late. Heck I think Albertsons is open till 1 or 2.
