Are you looking for a slim, 3.7 volt APV? If so one of the Precise range from SuperT would work, maybe the model that uses an 18650 IMR cell. The XHaler from NHaler is another slim metal tubemod using the 18650.

There are ways to use some of these models to get a higher voltage. In the past that was to fit two batteries but some prefer to use a Kick module now - an electronic circuit board that looks like a thick coin, which is inserted above the battery. Some adjustments have to be made to the battery model used or to the tube length ordered.

If slimness is not a major factor then the Silver Bullet is a good choice.

If you are looking for a 5 volt or VV device then please re-post. Maybe re-define your requirements if possible.

There are several mods in the same class as the Icon. The BB, Alpha, and Mako come to mind. I like the Mako the best, but one really has no advantage over the others.
Also the IMR bats are the answer when using a 14500 battery mod. They really do need the high drain capability because of being smaller. You can however use protected Li Ion or safer chemistry LiMN (IMR) bats in any of them.
"Regulated" is a function of the PV, not the battery.
