Hi everyone just thought I would tell you about my LAST order with PS.
I placed a juice order on 5-28 and I pulled a customer service ticket immediately following my purchase to change my nic to 2.4 , so two days later (holiday weekend) I get an email stating to go ahead and change it myself??? My order was in process and not editable..so I tell them this and the reply was ok dont worry Ill take care of it ok so my order arrived five days later and only half of it is in the box,,,so I email customer service yet again and they said sorry they will send the rest of my juice out......ok so I get the rest of my order on 6-10 and its the wrong nic strength which I could probably deal with but the juice is not anything like the previous four bottles that I have used ..flavor is not the same and color is not the same? Im so sick of finding company's that are inconsistent...I guess I should have known since my Mod from them was delivered with a scratch and that was not resolved because they wanted me to send it back rather than send me a replacement and yes I do understand that someone may keep the damaged part and the new one also but... NOT EVERYONE IS DISHONEST... lesson learned !

I certainly apologize for any mix up that may have happened. The middle - end of May was a rough transition time for us losing Casey (who happened to do 99% of our customer service) When you lose a critical part of your team, things are thrown in to disarray, so for that I certainly apologize.

Regarding you eLiquid. What the flavor on the light side, or a bit stronger? I ask, because the color is the key. As an example, our banana flavor starts out as yellow, within a week, its red. All of our liquids turn darker with age, except the 100% clear white ones. We sort of look at it as an "aging process" If you shelve the liquids you have for a couple weeks, I can guarantee the colors will darken to what you are used to and the liquid will get stronger. I even deal with this with my own Firecracker. I have Jeff make me about 200ml per month. The first bottle is the lightest tasting, but by the time I get to bottle 2 or 3, the flavor is rocking! 99% of our eliquids don't sit on the shelf longer than 4-5 days, which means its all pretty much new. Letting them sit and *steep* for a bit will surely bring the flavor back to what you remember.

As for the Prodigy ... Again, more than happy to take care of, its just with the amount of issues we've had with customers not returning something after promising they would, has really made us have to put a stop to it. This has been a policy for about 2.5 years now. Its unfortunate that the dishonest folk, ruined it for honest people like yourself.
