Hi everyone just thought I would tell you about my LAST order with PS.
I placed a juice order on 5-28 and I pulled a customer service ticket immediately following my purchase to change my nic to 2.4 , so two days later (holiday weekend) I get an email stating to go ahead and change it myself??? My order was in process and not editable..so I tell them this and the reply was ok dont worry Ill take care of it ok so my order arrived five days later and only half of it is in the box,,,so I email customer service yet again and they said sorry they will send the rest of my juice out......ok so I get the rest of my order on 6-10 and its the wrong nic strength which I could probably deal with but the juice is not anything like the previous four bottles that I have used ..flavor is not the same and color is not the same? Im so sick of finding company's that are inconsistent...I guess I should have known since my Mod from them was delivered with a scratch and that was not resolved because they wanted me to send it back rather than send me a replacement and yes I do understand that someone may keep the damaged part and the new one also but... NOT EVERYONE IS DISHONEST... lesson learned !
