Putting some color to the new Provari

The wait is almost over for my first Provari. I ordered the 2.5 mini, Stainless and its set to arrive Monday. Has anyone ever tried sending off their Provari to have it Duracoated? Not sure if I will get around to it, but wondered if anyone had had success.

I am going to add some color with a sapphire blue glass tank coming from IBTanked for the the Z Atty which is sitting on top of it. I am sure you will find someone who will coat if for you. Good luck.

Hi - I wouldn't send my baby anywhere If you want to cover it you might want to look at J-Wraps or Serenity.

You got the satin silver right? I think it's beautiful the way it is and if you got 2.5 the logo is etched in so it won't rub off like the 2.0. I have a satin silver 2.0 mini and 2.5 pink mini and I like to dress them up with different tanks and drip tips ( a drip tip can totally change the look ) I also have a SerenityGear leather flexi sleeve/lanyard for out and about. They custom make leather sleeves, lanyards and holsters( great craftsmanship) you can also look at wraps .. But I like mine naked ..they are very durable.

I live right by the beach. Only about 10 minutes from LBI (Long Beach Island).. Im waiting on the verification to so I can spend more doll-hairs...

I love the shore I grew up in Bergen County about as up north as you can get 15 minutes from NYC. Good to see you "new friend"

I think the Provari looks great all buy itself. Still waiting to hit the switch and get mine. Bought to many new things already got to wait a bit. BUT if I was to cover it it would probably be with J-wraps or something similar to that.

You would be surprised what the right tank and drip tip can do to spruce up a dull looking mod. Just look at Phiniac tanks.

I personally wouldn't do anything to the finish. The special coating that it comes with is extremely durable as is. If you are paranoid about scratches, as SuzyQ mentioned a Serenity Gear sleeve or lanyard is a better solution. Even Ocelot's recommendation of a custom skin is a better idea than duracoating a Provari.

Those are the jwraps they are selling. Kinda like how they sell Zen's atty. Provape seems to be carrying more 3rd party accessories latey.
