I just bought a leather sleeve with lanyard for my Provari from Serenity Gear. It works great and is beautiful as well. If you have been thinking about some sort of case I would try one of these. It is a very high quality product. I can't believe how many options they offer to really customize your case/sleeve/lanyard/holster

I just ordered a leather lanyard for my AltSmoke BB and one of the dragon skin mod sleeves for my Silver Bullet. I may eventually get a lanyard for the Bullet, too, but I'm not sure I want it rubbing or banging in front of me due to its size and weight.

Finally shot and uploaded pics of the above. The dragonhide mod sleeve has a very nice texture allowing a sure firm grip in your hand. I also like the lanyard for the BB; easy to hang around your neck and under your shirt or blouse. Both highly recommended.
