Hi all...I'm sure this is posted somewhere else on the forum, but I don't have too much time to search. There's an article on the Huffingtonpost.com called "Worst Products From CES 2010: The Craziest New Tech From the Consumer Electronics Show" and the very first entry is an E-cig. I think the writer has been living under a rock for the past few years.

Anyway, SIGN UP and start commenting! I think I linked to it, not sure.

Well I posted a link in a comment back to this forum on the Huffington Post. Hopefully it'll direct people to this forum that maybe interested in changing over to vaping and get them off cigarettes. It is to bad that HP was so quick to discount the e-cigarette in such a manner. I do not understand myself how they can dismiss such a wonderful product that stands to prolong peoples lives and save health care billions of dollars in the future. This device is incredible and has proven it works better than any other product on the market to get people to stop smoking.

Yeah, the article was basically the author glancing over and noticing the product without any research into it. It irks me to see things like that.

Good idea! This product is saving lives and for anyone to call it the "worst product" is seriously deluded!!

I posted as well... I think I forgot to uncheck the boxes though... yay for more spam :D
I did too, but I think I posted twice, with semi duplicate post because of the clunky posting system they use, as well as my clunky computer system haha.. I did, however, manage to uncheck most of the spam crap they try to get you with lol

Interesting. I originally came here from a post on the Free Republic. They seem to like the idea over there. I think the idea that smoking/vaping is considered 'individualistic', has much to do with the different takes. I'm sure there's some crossover, though.

Gypsy, That was a good idea to post the link..He is a journalist and they can't help themselves to investigate everything..He will be reading..
But I think he may be a non-smoker and he will loose interest. It's a shame that there are so many e-cig product brands out there that have helped most of us finally gets off cigarettes, and all the journalists find the bad ones ..then report to the world about them... I have no idea what e-cig he seen, but I guess it was a dud..
We can hope that he reads and gives us a bit of help not hurt
