Q: Are 510 blank cartridge fillers all the same

Hi,
For the blank carts I'm receiving for my 510, the filler is badly fraying around the heating element, making for messing topoffs.

Would a different supplier have a different type of filler that does not do this? I would prefer NOT to make my own fillers.
