Hi all, been a happy V4L-er for several weeks now, pleased to finally meet you! :D

I'm ready to order a number of blank cartos, and saw a couple threads where Steve and Leaford mentioned that in the future V4L's would be colored. That would be very nice indeed, tho if the plan/timing isn't very firm yet I may just go ahead and order now. So, some questions for the crew about the forthcoming ones, if'n ya don't mind:

1.] Do you know roughly when they'll be in stock?

2.] Will they cost more?

3.] Might you go with separately-available packs of colored stickers instead, and continue selling the same blanks as you have now?

4.] Is the price on the current black ones still expected to go up?

5.] Will or might there be any other changes besides color in the new blanks; i.e. something I'll wish I held out for?? ;) (Not that I have any reason to think they're less than dandy already!)

6.] Is there any limit, including right now with existing stock, to how many 5-packs of blanks can be ordered? (In terms of boxes that is, not singles; i.e. 10 = 10 boxes, not 2 boxes of 5 singles.) Even if it's a higher number than most would be after, would be handy to know.

Whew, see why I don't post more often?? I wear myself out! But if all these get answered, tell ya what, I'll send you enough gold stars to cover all your foreheads and then some!

Welcome to the family miss MiA!!

Thanks Taryn! Yours has been one of the many friendly faces I really enjoy seeing around here -- even when you were a dancing tree and didn't have a face yet! :D (Hope it was in fact you who had the avatar I'm thinking of, or else this post is going to sound REALLY strange!)

We haven't scheduled the new blanks yet, but they are in this current order, so maybe by next week. They will be in 8 colors IIRC, and will be the same price. And we are going to include a sheet of blank stick-on labels so you can write your flavor on the label, then stick it onto the cart.

LOL....perfect...thanks!....:)

Beautiful, gracias!

Will the extra blank stick-on labels be colored also?

Either way, if a person (as opposed to what, I don't know ;)) were to go ahead and order some of the existing blanks now, do you know if she might be able to request some stick-ons to go with them when they come in, to be sent with her next order? :)

Thanks Leaford! Sorry for all the questions, but if I may, here are two that should be the last before I'll decide whether to go ahead and place at least part of a large blanks order now, or wait:

1.] Of the 8 or so colors the new ones will come in, will one of them be black? (Because if not, I'd definitely order at least some now. Hmmm, wait, I guess I'm picturing the colored ones coming in boxes of mixed colors, but maybe they'll be sold in boxes of all one color instead... Oops, do I detect another question sneaking in here?? If so, disregard it if necessary, in favor of the two "official" ones ;-))

2.] If I do order some now, at a later time could I request some of the white stick-on labels to use with them?

See, I liked vaping so much right out of the gate (thanks to V4L! :)), that my first priority became making sure it "couldn't" be taken away from me, at least on short notice (i.e., get a little stockpile together). Then I can FINALLY just relax and enjoy vaping... and continue ordering yummy, convenient prefilled cartos, blanks or no blanks lol!

Welcome MIA! I love pets but don't have any so I went with an eye

...Well that certainly makes sense, what else COULD one go with besides an eye if they don't have pets?? Sadly, I currently have no pets either, but still indulged in doggie-rama for my current avatar. Actually, I haven't even viewed it myself yet on a screen larger than 10", so I don't know if you can see what the impudent little chihuahua is saying... If not, let's just say it's... impudent! And feisty! To me, he represents us noble vapers standing up to the big scary bully of gov & special interest groups! :grr:

I just ordered my first box of blanks(to try the new clove and others I am not sure of) When the labels come in, I plan to format a page to print them myself:D(unless y'all come up with a template first)

That's definitely a good option and one I may end up using myself, but of course I've taken a shine to the appearance of colored cartos. Plus colors would make it easier to keep rough track of what you have going on in the blanks, even if you didn't take the time to label them. For example, as someone suggested in another thread, you could designate different colors for different general flavor 'categories,' e.g. fruits, drinks, tobacco/herbs, desserts, etc. Or, different nic strengths, PG/VG, whatever matters to you.

But on the other hand, aargh, at this point I'm just so itching to get the stockpiling phase over with so I can have some real fun! Also, given past events, not sure if maybe customs has a particular issue with blanks for some reason... If so, a bird in the hand..!

I saw the link to a Chinese store where you can buy colored carto labels, but it doesn't give much info about them, e.g. paper vs. vinyl (read that the latter probably dissipates heat better); whether they withstand rinsing or can be removed & replaced, etc. (read that it's probably best not to build up layers, as it could change the dissipation or conductivity or something...)

Yeah, I think (and read) too much. ;)
