Quality of DSE901 on ebay?

I'm new to this and thinking of buying a DSE901 from ebay seller pingonlines ($19 plus $10 shipping).
Anyone have any experience with the seller (good or bad) of know of a better way to go?

by the way, with this, I guess all I'd have to buy is some "juice". Any recommendations for a first-timer?

I just bought 2 901's from ping. These were from an auction on ebay. Ping is a good seller. I paid for these items on 2/2/09, they were shipped on 2/5/09, and I recieved them on 2/13/09. Not bad for coming from China. My auctions were pulled from ebay, so I sent a letter to ping. No problem as they were shipped in a timely manner. You should have no problems with ping. My 901's have 2 led's in the end, blue for charged battery, green lights upwhen battery is low.
