I just received my 510 USB passthrough from inhaler. The only problem is that it does not seem to hit that well. In fact, the regular battery seems to do a lot better.
I did notice that there is a battery in the passthough. Does this battery need to charge up before it will start to work well?
Any advice on this would be appreciated.

I also got the 510 passthrough from Heaven Gifts. Since it has no visual lights or anything, how long can you leave it connected to the USB port for charging? Does it have a limit of some sort to prevent over charging the battery or any harm to the pc? Or shall I just leave it connected for a few hours at a time just to be safe.

Thanks, Gesagen

I've had mine plugged into an AC supply for a few days, the battery was charged when I got it and it hasn't lost its charge since. 10440's which it uses are pretty cheap (and unreliable) they probably have them in the spare parts section (they may be 10430's but they work fine)of whoever you use relating to Cigars since they're used in those. It would be worth buying one or two if you use the 501 PT a lot.

Mine never worked worth crap battery charged or not. I recommend the PS Passthrough. You can't go wrong with this baby! It's built to last and kicks a**!! I do believe the price has risen though. But Imo it's worth every cent.

Yeah, it was £29 (UK) when I looked at it the other day, which I thought was fair...but it's now over £50, it's been crossed off my future purchase list I'm afraid. :(

I could do with a passthrough, but I'm gonna wait and see if the "Black Beauty" comes with it's own HQ version, if not, I *might* be able to suck up the price to partner a high quality PV unit.

I just can't justify it right now when it costs more than all of my current PV hardware put together. :D

And yeah, I don't see myself saving an awfull lot of cash with this vaping thing either...but my health is priceless, so no real complaints. :thumb:

Ive has my 510 pass through 6 weeks now and it is just now starting to faulter. I use it every night on the computer. I got mine from Health Cabin for 11$. These are disposable items not built for long time use. that why there under 20$

I've had mine four months now and couldn't live without it. Got it from the Widow. She mentioned that you have to wait for the battery to full charge before it vapes correctly. I think I've unplugged mine twice in that time. I do miss the little red light like my 901 PT had, but I like giving my batteries the night off. I do notice I get better performance from the batteries, but it's not a major drop considering I use it for hours on end.

At $11 bucks--I'm also a heaven-gifts fan--it's a pretty sweet deal. It just does what it's supposed to with very little fanfare.

I almost didn't get one because using my 901 passthrough was my only remaining connection to the 901. I'm finally out of 901 atomizers.

I'm sure there are better and more costly alternatives, but all it's really supposed to be is a battery that's always fully charged and handy while vaping at the computer. The battery is just a clever and unique addition.

I did let mine charge last night for a couple of hours and it made a world of difference. I cant say that it's better than the regular batteries, but it works just as well for sure. It's great to use while im watching tv or on the computer. I can let all of my batteries charge so they are all fully charged by morning. For 13.50 it's a pretty good thing to have. I just hope that it lasts for at least a few months.
