Question About Atomizers

I ordered some 510 standard atomizers a while ago to use to try out new liquid without wasting a tank. I am still not sure how to use these things. They did not come with a tip so they are just open at the top and very short. Anyone know how to use them and if there are tips for them?

Are these super shorty cartomizers? Do they have a small hole in the side? There should be a filler around the sides, so you add drops of liquid then your drip tip and off you go. If there's no filler you put 2-3 drops on the filament. You can do it without a drip tip but it'll get hooooot.
