Question about batteries and the Reo Grand.

Dani, I found that trying different style tips was the best way to narrow down a tip to my likes.

You can use any 510 tip. But as stated the inner bore of the tip is what will make a difference.

I try to stay away from wide bore tips. I use a RM2 with the stock airhole. I like a tighter draw.

I have a large variety of drip tips. Metal, pyrex, and delrin. Some I love for the shape and color. Some I love for the draw. It has been trial and error to find a tip that goes well with a certain REO and gives me the tight draw I want.

Might I suggest you try each of the tips you have on your REO and pay attention to the draw. That will give you a base for future purchases.

A black drip tip o ring in the grove on the top goes well with a black drip tip. I like to run the Omega from Loki Labs. Molehill Mountain makes some nice tips as well.

Tips are a balance of looks with function, try all of the ones you have and make notes of shape, material, and bore size of the hole to determine what you like better.

Won't be long now, dani. Might be a good opportunity to sit down with your other mods and explain to them that you've appreciated them very much but that you're going in a different direction now. The shock of abandonment can be hard on them.

When I understand this correctly, the Fusion increases the chamber volume due to being a rba cap and not a driptip.
Reversely, 510 driptips will reduce the chamber volume, thus any 510 driptip should do.

Fusion drip tip is not an rda top but will not work with anything but a cyclone, it fits over the top of the cyclone or cyclops top with an o-ring.


ETA: I don't find the fusion adds enough to chamber size to affect flavor, I certainly can't tell a difference. Using the cyclops afc however increases chamber size significantly, and there is a flavor difference between the afc and standard cap

Every B&M I have ever been in had something shady going on from devices to attys to liquid to batteries... Haven't bought from one in almost 2yrs now and plan to never buy from one again...

I think authorized AW dealers who operate B&M's -- like Fluid Vapor and Ahlusion -- can be exempted from this broad generalization.
