Question about battery charging

Well...

In general, it is good for lithium batteries not to run them all the way down because making them work hard when low can be more strain on them. On the other hand, rechargeable batteries are good for some number of recharges (around 200 for slim ecig batteries, maybe more or less)

Are you trying to vape with just one battery? Buy a second. I charge early but I don't charge constantly.

If you are using a proprietary battery, like an ego, kr808d-1, etc.,not just a "raw" battery, it's entirely fine to vape them to cutout (the point where the pv flashes multiple times, stops producing vapor). They have circuitry that cuts out when the voltage has dropped to the end of the useable range.
