one thing that lots of people talk about is using plastic tanks with cinnamon etc (volatile juices)... Please remember when you are starting, get starting equipment. The IClear 30 is a great starter unit. Don't worry too much about leakage, when you get to the point that it might start, you will be ready to upgrade and go onto a protank or others. It takes a while for those tanks to leak.
Here is a problem with the starter taks/wicked clearomizers... I put them in my pocket, while most of them are threaded, there are parts that are pressure slips that are not 'supposed' to come off. if you sit on them or put them in the pocket, it will weaken that bond and start to slip off. Then you get a pocket full of juice.
I would still suggest a mini protank for starters but YMMV.

Welcome non41.
If you haven't already, check ebay. You can probably pick up a Aspire Nautilus Mini for $19-22 bucks. Browse around this site and you will start to pick up the lingo. You will also see how many different flavors are out there besides root beer.

I don't trust ebay since I don't want the risk of getting a clone. I have endless flavors! I'm a diy juice maker but I've yet to upgrade from my eroll mini. I make a delicious rootbeer float that is my ADV, but i've read that it destroys most clearos.

I am leaning towards the mini protanks, grabbing a v2 and a v3. Now I just can't decide on what size battery and between a spinner 1 or spinner 2 and a twist. Any recommendations? I want one for having in my pocket and one for sitting at home/work.

Is the innokin iclear 30 safe with volatile juices? I read that if it's not polycarbonate then it could be okay.
Probably not. It is composite polycorbonate. I have used juice in it that has cracked other tanks but no issues thus far, but I'm probably rolling the dice. I primarily stick with the Protanks because I feel that they are excellent value/quality, and they're glass.

I'm looking and see that the mini protank 2 is more expensive than the 3. Can one of you explain the differences? Man there is so much to info to collect.

EDIT: Reading that the dual coil can be a bit of a problem with the 3. How often do you guys need to replace the coils?
Hmmm, well the Protank 2 (& mini) is a single oil whereas the Protank 3 has a dual coil. Not sure why someplace would charge more for the 2. Which site are you looking at? I change my coils about once a week.

The 3 is $9 and the 2 is $12

The Spinner 1 has a capacity of 1300mAh (milliamps) and the Spinner 2 has 1600mAh, so either one would give you decent battery life, but the 2 would last a little bit longer. Either one with a Protank mini would be a very solid setup.

Is this similar to what you're looking at?
Vision Spinner VV eGo Battery 1300mAh

It's 1300mAh and variable voltage. My ego C-Twist is 1100mAh and barely makes it through the day if it's all I've got. The MVPII has a 2600mAh battery and I get a solid 48 hours of fairly heavy vaping before it needs a charge. Just to give you a frame of reference.

The 3 is $9 and the 2 is $12

Those are some great prices! I'm gonna bookmark that site.

Yep that's what I settled on. I'm debating on getting two, one smaller like a 650 for when I'm on the go, but when the price differences is 20 for a 650 and 24 for a 1300 it's hard to not just get two 1300 :X Yes they have the best prices I can find. They also have really good customer service, one of my eroll batteries quit working a month after I got it and they replaced it no problem. They also (seems rare now though) do promo codes for like 15% off on holidays.

Okay it looks like the nautilus is like 30 dollars! I don't think I want to spend that much on a tank, or clearomizer, or topper, or whatever these things are called. Someone should really make an ecig dictionary. The language barrier alone is intimidating.

Look at it this way, you're using money you'd spend on death stick, on something that will seriously boost your vaping experience. Well worth it. But I bought my self a protank II like a week after getting my ego and it's a WAY better vape than an evod. And yes evod is the tank. Plus protank holds more. But if you don't want to dish out 30 for a nautilus, go with a protank of sorts.
