Also, yes, i'm most likely sure that after 46 years of smoking you do have some degree of cardio obstructive pulmonary disease. I mean you can't just smoke for 46 years & have no long term damage to your lungs.
I for one do feel like i've gained lung compliance & capacity. I can run up the stairs on to a waterslide, when last year I couldn't even begin to think about tackling those stairs without having a cigarette while contimplating the idea of a million flights of stairs.
