So I've been using electronic cigarettes for a while, but did have a weak period where I went back to analogs for a couple of months (won't make excuses, but I can say that I was worried perhaps switching was the cause of my headaches--and no, this is not the case), so I picked back up my electronic cigarettes that I haven't vaped since February and charged them up. I can't remember exactly, but it seems that my VaporKings I bought from Electronic Cigarettes Inc are missing some throat hit and "warmth." It's not like a steam, but instead just water vapor really. What am I missing here?

I was thinking maybe I need to replace the atomizer but I am unsure. I still get clouds of vapor, just not much of a throat hit. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Did you shake your juice before filling the carts? I know some people have experienced some juices seperating after a long period of not being shaken/used.

Also, it could be the transition from analog-PV-analong-PV again. I know that when you go analog-PV-analog then analogs tend to lack the throat hit and be gross (or at least my experience).

If you are still getting vapor, the atomizer is working properly. My guess it's the juice or your throat adjusting.

Sorry for double-posting, but I am going to assume that maybe this is related to a variety of factors. 1) I switched to a vegetable glycerin (VG) solution because I figured it was "healthier" and also shouldn't give me the headaches if I did indeed encounter them from propylene glycol (PG). 2) I am using an 18mg/mL nicotine content. This is a medium or medium-high concentration of nicotine, correct?

Perhaps these two factors are contributing to this and maybe I should mix PG with VG as others have suggested? Or should I merely go with a higher nicotine concentration? Thanks!

I can't edit my messages, but I just saw yours (again, I apologize for the multiple postings in such succession). No I have not shaken up my juice. My initial thought to reading that was "Duh! *facepalm*".

I can say that I am glad I am switching back to ecigs because I know this will be much better for me than the analogs. And I do hope it is because my throat is adjusting. :) Besides, literally I just started smoking my ecigs last night again. Here's to hoping I stick with them. :D
