I made this og style genny, it works awesome. I made it out of ss turned it down to fit poly tube one problem I'm having is that a lot of juice ends up on the top part where the coil is. Is there a secret to these? Here is a pic
Thanks

Is it juice or condensation? If it's condensation you can add a small hole to the top portion so you actually clear the chamber each time. Placement should be about level with the coil if I remember correctly. There may be other tricks in the scubagen threads. I hope that helps.

Edit - Just realized you're in AZ. What part?

I dunno about the genisis...but on my mod I have a Pyrex tube right down almost against the coil with an air intake tube positioned also near the coil......if you pull the vapor right off the coil as its produced you dont give it a chance to form condensation...which is what you have in the pic...if it was juice leaking in to the chamber it wouldnt look like that in the tube wall. You will never get rid of all of it though.

I don't quite follow what you mean with the fill hole seeping, is that plugged when you aren't filling? What you are getting is likely a combination of condensation and splatter and a bit of gunk coming off the wick to make sure it gets a slightly darker coloring. Being as that surface is cooler than the wick and coil or even the metal below it, that is where it will go and you can't help it. As it builds up it will run down, and in your pic it clings to where the SS and the clear tubing meet. If you can (much easier with a lathe) you can make the floor of the chamber concave or add a dam so that this runs back to the mesh and can recycled and vaped. In the G-tank the chamber always comes out clean as a whistle, but the tank is covered in goo.

Its the heavier components of the juice that doesnt vaporize or falls out of suspension easily...it happens in attys too...you just dont see it because they arent clear. Try a tube down to pick up the vapor off the coil and you will see some of that go away...air hole location would only help if the flow can be directed at the coil to make it hotter. And like asdaq said...get it to drain to your wick...you could even tuck some wick down on the floor to wick it to the SS mesh. Having a tube sticking down in the chamber also helps prevent getting juice in your mouth when tilting the PV since there would have to be enough juice to make it all the way to the tube opening at the coil which is pretty much centered in the chamber depending on how you do it.

I re did the coil and wick and notice that I'm getting very little vape, will wait to see if it breaks in. I rolled the mesh with a toothpick, don't know if its maybe too big on the center. It sucks awesome but vapor is not as much, could that be my problem or should I let it break in. Thanks
