Question about giving away E juice

I have a YouTube review channel I just started and want to PIF to the vape community and give away a bottle of juice roll upz. I'm gonna draw a name out of my hat of all my subscribers and want to give it to a lucky winner. Now my question is can I do that with an already opened bottle. Its obviously not been tampered with but has been opened to use myself. Is it still OK to ship and give to a lucky winner?
