Well I am into day 3 w/ my Joye 510 and I am loving it and have cut my "analog" habit in half (or more!!!)

I was lying in bed reading the small manual that came w/ my 510.

They state something to the effect "Each night, remove the atomizer and cart. Set the atty on a paper towel (right side) up"

Do any of you do this? From what I have read on here, it is important to keep the atty moist to ensure longevity/premature failure.

I guess I was wondering if I should be disassembling my 510 when finished for the day before sleeping?

Thanks!!!!

Yes it is important to keep the atty moist during vaping.

And NO, I ,in my almost 9 months of vaping, never disassamble my PV's for the night rest and only lost 1 atty (daily use is 2 ml of ejuice).

Thanks folks! I guess I will keep leaving them together at night--seems to be working ok so far. I also tried the Crest One Atty wash the other night as I had one atty that was slowly becoming clogged. The Crest Wash worked like a champ!

Crest does work well, and so does hot water blown through with overnight drying (might take longer, shake the atty out a lot). Making sure juices are thin enough and carts are wicking properly will also insure that clogs are less frequent. Vaping against a clog to try to use forceful pulls to unclog it can over time permanently warp the atty, and no amount of cleaning will help. Cleaning for me is a last resort, and if I need to really clean an atty, I need to figure out why it clogged in the first place.
