What in your experience is the best and longest lasting pod system?
I am looking for one you just change the pod and not coils.
One the battery will last all day and not run out half way through the day or only a couple hours.
I am a heavy vapor so the ones I am using now do not last.
As of now I have a lot of different vaporesso's.
any that you can attest to?

That is true. Can you suggest a tank mod that is not big and bulky? I have gone through so many tank mods including the box ones and I can't seem to find a good fit. I've been vaping for 17 years so I have been through alot but I am not up on the new ones.
For a few years now, I’ve been using the Innokin Zenith II tank with their Z-coils on top of a Vaporesso SWAG II. The clearance from the tank to the battery cap is just the right amount.

I can find the Z-coils around for around $10 for a 5-pack. Sometimes the Innokin Store will have a 20% off sale.

A lot of folks here might recommend the Innokin Coolfire Z series for the battery device.

A given wick material lasts about the same amount of time (within maybe 20%) no matter what type you buy. There are cellulose wicks, glass wicks, and ceramic wicks. Most difference in time comes a lot more down to juice type. Unflavored lasts the longest, and heavily colored sweet juices (like fruits) last the shortest.

The cellulose ones are the most common. Cotton or rayon. This has the advantage of acting as effectively a fuse. If the mod gets to its flashpoint (which is around 450f) it burns through. The other types don’t, and are associated (truthfully or not) with health problems. They can last 4-5 days, or until the wick burns through. advertising it for longer just means the wick is dirtier. A lot of people who vape rebuildables change the wick every day. Mostly because they can. When your cost is only a third of a cotton ball you can afford to.

Glass means fiberglass, which is quite heat resistant. Possible issues were trumpeted quite widely at one point. Silicosis was mentioned. . It lasts maybe 2-3 times as long. Ceramic lasts even longer, but was really expensive and tended to clog up.
