Opposite actually.......lower resistance atties and cartos burn hotter to replicate a higher voltage vape but while using a single 3.7 batt instead of stacking batts. I can understand the idea that the higher the resistance the more conversion to heat should occur, but they are talking about resistance in terms of Ohms........ the 1.5 ohm atties would pop immediately if higher voltages are put through them (5V +) Ive seen some rated as high as 5 ohms for use with 7.4v VV/VW mods. But for you, buy some LowResistance (LR) (1.5ish ohm) cartos. To figure wattage- volts / Ohms=amperagexvolts=watts so 3.7v/1.5ohm=2.46 amps going to the atty 2.46ampsx3.7v=9.12 watts. But a 3ohm carto - 3.7v/3ohm=1.233ampsx3.7v=4.56 watts

Thank you, that was very informative!
now i have another question (sorry lol)
If i do somehow get my hands on a kick i wont be able to increase the watts/voltage but i could lower it yeah? and that would still be beneficial and worth the money because different flavors might work/taste better at a lower wattage right?

well...even that one is the opposite too! The kick is a booster circuit that REQUIRES the high discharge IMR batteries ( like the red AWs or the new panasonics) to provide you with an adjustable unit that can be preset to your desired wattage . You twist a little dial on the kick unit and set it to a certain wattage from 5 to 10. then when you put it in a mod with a high discharge battery, the kick reads the ohms of your atty/carto and boosts the voltage in order to provide that wattage. The best thing is it regulates it so every pull, from a fresh battery till the last puff before the kick cuts out, gives you a consistent wattage as you set it. The drawback is because it is boosting the voltage to provide the wattage, battery life is shortened. But yea ..you can test different flavors and setups to see which you prefer.

Im currently using a silver bullet and with no kick in sight id like to know if i was to get a higher resistance carto would that be the equivalent to increasing the voltage/watts? as a higher resistance = hotter wire/coil ?

Are you looking for THE KICK
I don't know their shipping policy, I'd assume they would ship to Aus.
