IMO, they do not mute the flavor. The flavor is better that what you get from Boge or Smoktech carto, and it is comparable to the flavor you would get from a CE2.

Thats what i was wanting to know... im new and just got my first stuff.. a kgo and boge 2.0 cartos.. loving the flavor... but those stardust tanks look really sexy on the ego style and it looks like it would be much easier to maintain than the boges.. especially for changing flavors

Check out this thread on cleaning the Stardust. I like my Stardust, it is easy to fill and clean, does not leak and gives a good amount of vapor and flavor at 4.2V. the only thing I would improve on it is the draw: it is stiffer than what I like, but you may find it OK.

If you're into changing flavors, check out the CE2 Clearomizers or Fluxomizers.

I just took a Stardust apart to get the Atomizer part out of it, it fits Perfectly in a 5ml syringe and I do mean perfectly. you just press fit and push it right into the 5ml syringe, then you cut off the tip of the syringe and carefully drill a hole to fit a nice 510 drip tip. Follow me,,,This thing vapes like a freight train

At the end of the day, it is a type of CE2 (wicks that carry the juice to a coil and then heats it). If you like CE2s when they're working at their best, you'll probably like the Stardusts.

Havent tried Ce2... just got my kit in on monday... all ive tried so far are the carts that came with it and the boge 2.0 cartos that everyone recommends

Oh! Well, you should get one and try it out just to see how you like them (when they come in). People either love or hate the CE2s (I love them). They're basically like a cartomizer without the filler that soaks up the juice. Some people think the filler material mutes the flavor of juice or gives it a cardboard-like taste, which the CE2s avoid. Then again, some people claim the CE2s don't produce as much flavor. Everything is so subjective, it's nice to try a few different things out until you find what works right for you. Just don't assume you'll love something because of what others say and buy a lot of it only to find it's not for you. You may also want to try a dripping atty if you're just starting (drippers are fanatics who claim that is the only way to get a pure taste).

I plan on trying a few things before i stock up... i do like the boge 2.0s i have... but i want to be able to clean them out easier if i want to put a new flavor in... I have already decided to get a drip tip for testing flavors... i already found out its a pain when you fill too many cartos with the same flavor then wanna add variety (and only have 4 usable cartos)

Heh. You can try and clean cartos. Search on Youtube for how-tos. Basically it's boiling them for a few minutes and letting them dry overnight.

Yep did that today... that way i had a carto for each flavor my husband and i have so far... hoping we have enough juice to last till payday... but if i keep vaping my big red the way i do it may not last me till the weekend

I found the stardust to be ok...not great... but they do travel well....toss one on an Ego and very handy while driving. As far as cleaning them...to much of a hassel for me...I'm viewing them as a disposable. They have lasted a few weeks but start to leak and the draw is poor...so toss it in the bin and pop on a fresh one.
