Question about tanks and cartomizers

I have a 7ml tube tank, i want a boge carto put when i go to check out the boge comes in standard and xl which do i buy i am confused.

Depends on the tank, but 7 mL probably uses an XL carto. Best to ask the vendor where you got the tank from. Cartos for tanks generally need to have some holes punched into the metal tube so liquid can seep in from the tank. Chances are the vendor will sell cartos specific for that tank. FYI: A non-punched carto will not work in a tank...unless someone has come up with a different design than what is normally sold.
