I am now using an ego-t, and I developed an issue tonight. I filled some tanks (I only have blue and white) to tide me over for my 12 hour shift, and I now realize I don't know what's in the tanks. I lost my sense of taste a couple of days ago (was told that maybe it's normal after quitting analogs or maybe the menthol I was vaping at first overwhelmed my taste buds). Since I didn't pack the orange that I could taste yesterday, I can't tell what I'm vaping, and it's driving me nuts. It's sweet. That's all I know. Great, all the juices I packed for tonight are sweet. What does everyone do to label the tanks? I'm afraid a sticker will get in the way, as the tanks aren't that big. What system do you recommend for a newbie? And yes, I'm a blonde.

Ideas (besides putting them in labeled separate baggies, which I already thought of but decided was too troublesome)? Thanks!

Oh, that's a good idea. I can probably pick the elastic bands up at Walgreen's. Thanks!

I use the little zip lock bags that some hardware is shipped in - label the bag :) For flavor you can try this - take something that will fit in the spike - like a needle - and shove the wicking down a bit - not too far! but that puts the little 'fluff' that sits above the coil a bit closer. There is more that you could do, if you're not getting full flavor and vapor but save that for later - lot of the info is in the long 'Ego-tank' thread in the general forum.

With the tank cartridges I have the same issue. All day away and mixing flavors in different tanks = confusion. What to do, stay confused? What I do is either use a sharpie above the click line on the tank and number the tank cartridges. You still have to remember flavor1 = cartridge2, etc.

Or as I'm trying new flavs at home I just drip from my ego 510 set up, but this doesn't solve the road issue.

Yeah, the little bags would be the fastest way to do it right now. I do have a lot of them. I'm going to wait until I get my taste buds back before I go messing with the wick. Since I still can't taste my toothpaste or mustard, I'm pretty sure it's not the atty's fault that the flavors aren't pronounced at this point.

I mark mine with a couple letters on the end of the condom. TF=Tastyfinger, CB=Chocolate Biscotti, V=vanilla, etc.

Sharpies could work, too. I'll have to get more tanks to dedicate to certain flavors that way, though. Right now I'm still trying to find out what I like. Numbering would probably be good for new flavors and permanent initials for those I plan on keeping as favorites.
