If you use a voltmeter to set the voltage to lets say 4.8 volts. Will that voltage be maintained as the battery is used? Or will the voltage continuously drop as you vape. Trying to figure out how VV works.

After using Tornado batts so long it was actually a little funny experiencing this when I was first using the buzz wharf lent me. I went out for a full day to pick up the hedgehog (3 hour drive each way) I forgot to change the batteries to fresh ones. However it vaped exactly the same for the entire trip! A few minutes after we got home I hit the buzz and it was strangely weak. I hit it again and it was dead! I was so use to a drop off in the battery that this was the first time I panicked thinking I had broken wharfs Buzz! Impressed however that the battery lasted a full day and a half!
That's exactly what I wanted to know. That's nice to have consistent performance like that. Really looking forward to delivery.
Notcig's PVs are Regulated Variable Voltage. The regulation provides a constant voltage for the length of the battery charge. So, set it to 4.4V, and you get 4.4V until the batteries are drained.(pretty much)
Is the Infinity the same design? What's the difference and when will they be released?
Yes it will use the exact same circuit as the Buzz Pro , same performance . 4-5 weeks I am waiting on some final PCB assemblies to order the production run.
ho ho! Thanks for the update. I have been waiting for the new infinity because the "old" infinity is one beautiful looking device. Hopefully it will stand up to the bar that the new Buzz is setting.
From all of the tests we have done it will not be a problem ! they are exactly the same circuit in both Pro units.
The original infinity has been superb, both elegant and a workhorse, so the new ip should indeed be pretty awesome 
How do you set the voltage. I have a voltmeter. Do you just set the voltage on the battery.....or with the carto or atty on and set the voltage when it's under load?
You can change the voltage while you're hittin' on it if you want. Fine tune it to taste, if you will.
