I found a site that lists the Cyclone and they describe it as a 'Top Drip or Bottom Feed atty' but they don't give me the option to select which one I'd want. Does it come this way? Either TF or BF in one?

Its a dripper. Technically, you would drip 10 drops from the top to "fill", and the coil is technically below where you drip, so its kinda a bottom coil.
Ultimately, this is an advanced atomizer and should only be used if you have a solid grasp of ohms law as it requires you to wrap coils in safe accordance to the powering battery/device.

Cyclone comes in both options, if the vendor does not have a selection for TF or BF then call or email and ask them if they have BF in stock and how to ensure you get the correct one
