I haven't gotten any titan coils in quite awhile. Do they still come in the plastic packaging ? If I'm remembering correctly (and dats hard fer a monkeys mind you) I took a sharpie when I got them and marked the plastic wrapper as soon as I got them. When I went to use them I knew what they were. If you have a PV that reads resistance you can check them that way too. sorry if I didn't answer your question

Some one wiff smarts will be alongs soon Honeys to answer you

good idea on marking them when they arrive, but it would be nigh impossible if you ordered several of each resistance ..and sadly no..my VV doesn't have the ability to display ohms ratings =/

might just ask the GV crew to seperately bag them with a label / paper insert or something in the order comments if i do a mixed order in the future.

If you have a multi-meter, you can just use it to check the ohms. If you don't have one, you can get a cheap one for less than 10 bucks from lots of places...harbor freight, radio shack, etc.
Short out the meter leads to see what it reads from that (there may well be some resistance in the leads), then just put one meter lead on the head connector's center post and the other one on the connector's outer threads. Subtract the shorted-lead resistance from the reading you get from the head and you have your head's resistance. Please note that you may have to kind of push and "scrub" a bit with the leads to make a real good contact to get an accurate reading.

i have a really old multi-meter (no digital display) .. but that also means i'd have to open the plastic and expose the wicks to possible contaminants, and not sure what would happen after a few months =P

this is how i have my vaping stuff stored atm

speaking of which the foam in that thing makes me itch like crazy..any of you veterans know where i can get reasonably priced hypoallergenic foam .. hopefully that is easy to customize?

You would normally open the tank to clean it so, that's not a problem. However, I was making the assumption that you were checking heads that had not yet been installed. If you want to check the head that is in your tank, just take the same readings it the 510 connector of the tank. The tank's connectors should have no resistance so you'll be reading the resistance of the head (actually, the coil in the head).

you are correct, i am meaning new heads that aren't yet installed..they come in small plastic wrapping.
