If i have a freshly charged battery that jus came off the charger at 4.20V
then i screw the voltmeter on top and fire it without the atty i get 4.15V
fired three more times, says 4.15V
then i screw my atty on top, a nautilus 1.8ohms (yesterday it reads 1.9 ohms)
today on the ohm meter it reads 2.07 ohms (on my mvp it got as high as 3.9ohms, whys that, needs cleaning ?)
now i fire, it reads 3.93, i fire three more times it reads 3.93

so without atty it reads 4.15V, what does this mean
with atty it reads 3.93, what does this mean
and why is my aspire nautlius ohms getting higher by the day? Clogged?
And what battery voltage is a good time to recharge ? volt meter an accurate way to check with multimeter ?

OK, so your PV has a 0.05v loss due to internal battery resistance, the materials the PV is made of, dirty contacts etc, etc. and an "under load" loss of 0.22v with a 1.9 ohm load. For a total loss of 0.27v. Not good/not bad, I would say that's close to average loss.

it would help to know what battery, and what PV you are using.

3.5v is a good voltage to think about recharging. Vape quality really takes a dive at that point.

As a rule of thumb, a build should work in a 0.4v range, so if you build to be perfect at 3.7v, this will give you a range of from 3.9v to 3.5v.

Well for the most part you are completely normal . An ohm multi meter is very acurrat oh course depending what you have , and when you have all the parts and metals in your addy and mod that your votltage drop would be in a somewhat normal range . Nothing special . The raising of ohm or resistance in your atti I have had at times as well as the wife . Mostly it could re related to the make of the batch of replacement coils . You could clean but wet-sand and clean the coils contacts but real just get more coils or from a different dealer as their are also fakes . They last from a week to a month depending on use and aspire does say a week is normal replacement time so kinda normal . Corrosion builds up and they don't contact as clean as when new also the type of wire may also be building up the resistance . I have noticed when I have tried to do a dry fire on some the coil heats red hot on like a quarter of the coil while the rest is dark , that's a clean sign to just through it away and put a new one in , mostly they fail completely shortly after . I have an aspire mini with the BVC coil since they came out here and I don't use anything else since I got it , nothing can match it . Wife has one as well but she likes her kangertech ones a bit better .....to each their one .

If i use voltmeter without the atty and it reads 3.73
And when i use the voltmeter with the atty and it reads 3.43, is this. Good or bad thing now ? A .30 difference

Do i charge when i use the voltmeter without the atty and it reads 3.60 or with the atty when it reads 3.30 if it is still a .30 v difference ?

What battery are you using? Those are the numbers I would expect to see from an ICR (protected) battery.
