Question for menthol lovers...

I've been searching for the ultimate menthol experience and I believe I've found a good menthol juice (Newpure from Halo), but I'm going to have to put it through its paces before I can say for sure.

However, I wondered if anyone has tried mixing menthol with regular tobacco flavored juice to try to perfectly emulate a menthol analog cigarette.

Realistically, a menthol analog cigarette isn't just menthol. It's that, and tobacco, and all the other crud. Not looking to keep the crud.

Has anyone experimented in this fashion? Mixing menthol and regular flavors to create a near perfect menthol analog taste?

Personally, I think tobacco absolute+menthol crystals is the way to go, but the DIY forum has several people using "seedmans" tobacco flavoring to get their menthol love.
I actually used menthol crystals, tobacco absolute, and a few other flavorings to recreate M-boro Smooth. It's a dead ringer, at least to my tastebuds. Trying to figure out if there's a market for me to sell it to lol

What ratio are you mixing at, if I may ask?

I'd have to double check my recipe, but I think it basically ended up being 15-20% flavorings, 10% alcohol (which was mostly to dilute the tobacco absolute and dissolve the menthol crystals and other solids), and 70-75% VG

Can you use the menthol eucalyptus flavoring from Lorann's?? Any good?
I have a bottle of Blueberry which I like but I been sick the last few days and could really use some menthol to kick out this congestion and my menthol is getting pretty low.

I use a tobacco base of 50% seedmans commercial cigarette (concentrate), 50% (Tobacco absolute 2 drops and Ethyl maltol 1/4tsp to 10ml of vodka) concentrate.

Menthol concentrate is made by adding enough crushed menthol crystals to fill a 10ml bottle, then slowly add Ever clear (pure grain alcohol) PGA until the bottle is full. Shake while running it under hot water.

I then add 10% tobacco base + 4% menthol concentrate to my unflavored ejuice.
My wife (The menthol smoker in the family) loves it. Subbtle tobacco flavor with lots of menthol flavor.
So to make 100ml it would be 10ml tobacco base + 4ml menthol concentrate + 86ml unflavored ejuice.

ok I was a newport smoker for a really long time and menthol is my daily vape, I change up once in a while but stick with Menthol. I too have been looking for a great menthol vape and have tried pretty much everythin I could get my hands on. I first had it out a bit with Johhny Blaze a bit over his pricing and juice, but only tried a few vapes of the Halo juice at a vaping meet and didnt think it was that great at first or at all after trying just a small bit of the Halo. I decided to order 3 bottles, nupure, menthol ice and still waiting on my harley 56. After using the nupure and ice now for 3-4 days I have to say I am really enjoying both a great deal and most likely will order again from Halo.

On a second note since this thread was a question on menthol. I also have been using the myfreedom menthol at 48mg and cutting it down to a level I like (29mg), and mixing 0mg menthol nobaco V4L into it and adding vg to it along with some vape wizard from flavourart just a smidgen of that. It has been my go to mix for quite some time now and my daily vape. for some reason after looking for a great menthol and trying everything I was DIY ing a lot and testing things out. This 3 way mix is really something in my opinion and as stated just a very little bit of the vape wizard in my mix along with the myfreedom menthol and steves menthol 0mg nobaco at V4L has really turned out to be everything I was looking for, it also turns out that to me ( and just my opinion) seems to be close to this Halo mix. I'm not saying it is so nobody take it like that, I'm just saying to me.!!!! it is very simular and my daily mix and vape so take that for what its worth and if anybody else trys this I would like to know there opinion as well and if they like that mix..??
