Hi, I was wondering what you guys do when you get returns on your products. I'm talking about the returns that are not broken, like the person just didn't want it, but used it for a couple weeks and returned it.

Do you guys recycle it and sell out as new back?

I Am not trying to offend or accuse anyone here I'm just curious because I don't see how you can return it back to china if there's nothing wrong with it?

Good question Belowme ...

Consumables period get tossed. Cartridges/juice/Syringes/etc... even if looking brand new and never opened, still get tossed. This is because I can't guarantee the authenticity once it leaves my possession ....

Atomizers (even if returned and not used) are sent back for replacements. batteries on the other hand, I tend to test each for an hour or two. I essentially look at the model date, along with usage. If the battery was 2 days old from someone who tried 5 puffs and thought this was not for them, I do indeed reuse the battery. If the return is 2-3 weeks old, threads look slightly warn (even if working beautifully) this will get get sent back.

However, each and every kit purchase is a brand new product. The only time I would think about recycling a battery is if a replacement is needed on warranty. Most of the time, I end up using the returned batteries :) Keeps me from popping open new ones.

I only sell what I would personally use myself. Returned consumables and atomizers I would never use myself so therefore don't resell.

All in all, returns are few and far between .... Perhaps about 1-2% return rate.
