I purchased a igo L today. Dual setup read 1.9. Took that right off.

Then I washed it up, drilled to a 16th, and put a 28g 1mm ID .8 nano on cotton.

Slapped that bad boy on a magneto. I'm thoroughly impressed.

How many wraps/coils do you use to get .8 ohm with that 28g? I can't run sub-ohm stuff on my itaste 3.0 I need to stay above 1.5 ohm.

10/11 wraps of 30 gauge around a 14 gauge blunt syringe needle is giving me about 1.75 ohms if that helps you any.

If you run Android on your mobile phone, you may want to check out Vaper's toolbox. It'll help you wrap coils to your required ohms with whichever gauge and type of resistance wire you choose to use.

Thank you both I have wire coming via Vape mail. As soon as I get it, I'm going to start some experimenting. That app is pretty cool. Very easy to use.

OK I got my Igo_L and my wire. I was at a get together saturday night and a gentleman there showed me how he builds them. Very informative. I went home and rebuilt one and threw it on my RDA. It worked OK but the second time I put the RDA on my Itaste. the threads crapped out. I doubt I buy another. Desertvapes where I purchased it told me there is no warranty on their products so I'm just out the $13. While that is not a lot it's more than I like to throw away. I'll use the info and rebuild the coils for my Protank and EVOD. But an RDA is not in my future for a while. Thanks all.
