my batteries all died last thursday morning, i think i have a bad atomizer and every battery i put in it killed them..augh. I was e-smoking for 2 weeks and decided it was just time to quit smoking, E and Analog. It is now sunday and i am really ...... at the world, i get mad about everything and i have a weird pain above my eye like a head ache but more concetrated in one spot, i also have the worst plugged nose that i have ever had. how long will the extreme systems last? i know i will always have the cravings but the anger and physical systems? i have also noticed that i am looking for a nicotein replacment, i have drank 13 cans of pepsi on saturday..i assume i am getting a caffeine high since i feel much better when i drink the Rockstar Energy plus Punch since it has one of the highest caffeine on the market 120 mg. how much longer can i look forwards to this kind of bad feeling?
any info would be great, thanks Jeff

Spare yourself the pain.......just go back to vaping.........

LOL no kidding!! Look, if you want to quit nicotine, you might want to wean yourself off it with vaping. I think it could be less painful with the withdrawls. When I started out I was doing 11 mg about 1.5 ml a day. Now I am down to 8 mg about 1.5 ml a day. I'm doing okay on that. So what I'm saying is vape and reduce your nic levels so you don't go cold turkey!! I may get down to 4 and stay there and not quit nic because that is really so low and that low of nic isn't going to hurt me I don't think no worse than several cups of coffee. I want to have a small throat hit and a little amount of nic for energy. I know I am already way mild compared to others so I'm pretty happy about it. And I did smoke a pack a day of ciggys. So to replace that I should be vaping 11 straight and about 2 mls a day and I'm not.

I had a horrendous cold for a couple of weeks. Nicotine only made it worse.

Moreover, I decided it was time to quit when the price generic analogs jumped to $45 a carton in my area, my cholesterol reached the stroke zone while the possibility of an e-cig ban looms on the horizon.

I've been vaping zero nic Abandon Mint for a week now and haven't thought of taking anything nicotine. Two of my smoking friends decided to quit when I did. So far, they have not had any success in even cutting back.

It takes 3 days for nicotine to get out of your system, so you are there. Afterwards, it's all mental. You could order new parts for your e-cig with some zero nic liquid, suck on cinnamon sticks or eat air popped popcorn if the hand-to-mouth impulse starts to get to you.

Take advantage of your resources if you're trying to quit. I know I couldn't have done it without my penstyle and zero nic juice.

:)

Hey Jeff. I just wanted to let you know that the aching in your head is probably because you had too much caffeine. That's why the energy drink helped it a bit. Slow down on the caffeine gradually and that should start to help you out.

I stopped analogs cold turkey about a month ago for a week and a half. The only problems I had where the mental kind (no not that kind of mental).

I guess everyone takes it differently though but I hope this helps you on your way to recovery.
