What does that have to do with my post?
You said smoking bans at beaches and parks are all about the cigarette butts.

But we are seeing people passing bans for the simple reason that it looks like smoking.
Those same reasons would apply in beaches and parks, whether there are any butts or not.

On the other hand, if you want to argue that nobody in their right mind would enforce beach and park bans...
Personally, I am more concerned about growing trend for campus-wide bans on colleges and hospitals.

Another false equivalence.

I'm in agreement with your belief that vapers should not be treated as if they are smokers. But.....

It appears you believe that it should be illegal to allow all of these kiosks selling vaping supplies in malls where customers try out different flavors of eliquid. And it would go without saying, that the kiosks that sells perfumes where customers try different fragrances would also need to be illegal since the same reasoning would apply in both cases as to why they should not be permitted in malls.

It appears you did not read what I wrote. I said "walking around vaping" I did not mention a mall kiosk where one might try out a product.

I really don't care tbh, but lean towards taking a step outside to have a vape. It helps me manage my habit and I get too avoid public debates over decency. Double win.

Well, I, among others, may appreciate your attempts to control your habit. BUT, stay da frack outta my habits and management of such!

LOL. I left my tinfoil hat at the family Christmas gathering.
I'm having a hard time understanding what you're trying to articulate.

Ya might want to retrieve dat hat; just saying...

I did read it. I just think the line you are drawing is very thin. There is not much difference between someone walking in the mall taking an occasional vape vs someone trying eliquid at a mall kiosk. I believe the majority of those who vape in public do so in a respectful manner.

On the other hand, if you were referring to those few who are obnoxious about their vaping, I agree they don't help shed a positive light on vaping. In four years I have never run into those type of vapers.
