Just getting back into genesis style tanks again and do we still just oxidize the mesh where the coil goes or the whole thing?

It really depends how a.r. you want to be about it- I do the whole thing, but mostly work on oxidizing the portion from where it sits in the coil base to the top above where the coil sits. Also, be sure to hit the very bottom end of it if you plan on letting it touch the bottom of the tank.
