Question on PG source

I found that my local Co-op sells 1 gal bottles of pg for cattle, It says that its USP grade 100% PG. Is this safe for use in e-liquid? Concern being that it is used for cattle.

I get mine from tractor supply at $20.00 a gal. Ideal brand USP. I've used about half of it and not had a bit of problem.

I 2nd tractor supply. I like getting some cattle supplies, clothing, toys for the grandkid, and my PG all in the same place. Does that make me weird?
