Question on throat blocked or irritation

I have been vaping for almost 1.5 months now but since last one to two weeks l have been experiencing discomfort on back of my throat. As if it was blocked.
For the first few weeks was an various 60/40 and 50/50 PGVG liquids on my kayfun rba
For past 2 weeks 1 switched to use nautilus aspire bdc tank and was consistently on 60/40 Judylicious liquids
And seems after a week on these juices and tank i started having these symptoms
I drink a lot but if helps abit only , this will go off after a nights sleep but slowly resurface after vaping again
Now l just wanted to confirm if this symptom purely dehydration of PG substance or is it something else I need to be worried of ?
Would it help it l use higher VG/other brand / blend liquids or go back to rba ? Or just something that will go away by itself? l can't turn back to smoking though..

I have the same problem and was told it was one of two things. It could be the PG content of your juice as well as the nicotine content. It was suggested to me to reduce the PG level in my juice and go to a higher VG blend and reduce the nicotine level in my juice. Not sure what ratio you are using now and what nicotine level you are at. Hope this helps, if it does please let me know.

Good Luck!

Averse/allergic reactions to either PG, VG or even both are not unheard of. Doesn't occur often, but it does occur.

Some flavour components can cause allergies too, especially when looking at the concentrations they getting vaped vs. ingestion....

At 6 mg/ml , it's very unlikely that nic is the culprit.

Time to become your own guinea pig ;) :

Test with nic-free. Lower PG. If pure VG ain't your thang, try replacing PG with PEG400...

Getting into DIY might be the way to go, gives you control over the ratios without busting your budget... :)

Sara and steamix, thx for feedback. Still a long way b4 goin in to diy liquids.
Btw, i figured something today. ..i think it might be the density of liquid/vape going through my throat. I tried using a more airy setup today and the irritation had gone way down. Taste of vape is also cooler and more taste. The problem is now i need to manually lightly fire my mech mod n opening the airhole to max. I noticed if i fire it too hard the vape is hot n thick which results in the irritation and blocked throat.
Till my svd reach, I'll have to depend on my finger to find the sweet spot of firing from my mech mod.
Will also be getting higher vg liquid over the weekend to see if there is more significant changes
