I was coughing up blood but not much when I first started vaping, but I realized it wasn't my throat, it was my nose drying out from not drinking enough while vaping and then it would crack and some of the blood would run into my throat, I started drinking a lot more and it went away, still happens from time to time on days that I dont drink much

But still, just cause this was my situation doesn't mean yours is the same, I agree with everyone else on you should go to the doctor just in case

I've been dealing with the dry nose issue of late. I drink a lot of water already, so I think my next step is going to be a nasal saline solution to help keep it moist. Not a rinse like a netti pot, but just a small bottle similar to nasal allergy/sinus meds, but a simple saline solution. So far that's been my only real side effect of switching to vaping. Well, the occasional acid reflux pain, but the prevacid made that go away quick. :)

MY nose bleedign didnt worry me too much when I started vaping, since I was 16 I have had small episodes of my nose randomly drying out and bleeding, and once I read that vaping dehydrates you, I knew exactly what it was, started drinking more and quit worrying. like I said it still happens sometimes, a couple times a week, but thats usually caus eI dont drink much at work, I'm too busy doing all the work while everyone else sits around and jabs lol

But I feel a nose bleed now and then is better than the caughing and th shortness of breathe, and the contant nasal congestion I had on analogs hell I'm breathing completely through my nose right now, I hadnt been able to do that for the past year I smoked analogs

My surgeon told me the PG coats the mouth and throat. If inhaling thru the nose it will also coat that area. I already use a nasal rinse so no problems with it. Re: dry nose saline solutions will clean the nasal area but also dry it out. You could try Lubricating Nasal Gel- works wonders for dry nasal area and I use the brand Secaris:

I've always had sinus issues, possible deviate septum etc etc. When I was like 4 or 5, they had to actually cauterize some of the vessels in my nose. Ohh, I am 36 now and can still remember that pain. Of course it's sinus allergy season for me right now, so I'm not feeling the total benefits of switching, but I still feel better when I wake up, and yeah, I'm not waking up and hacking up half a lung every morning, so there's something. :)
