could be nothing to do with vaping at all. i know the majority of my headaches are due to me staying up too long without much rest, and I vape constantly while im awake so its easy for me to point the finger at vaping and be like 'hey i have a headache and im vaping must be it', but i know when i sleep normally i dont get headaches. Try to think of other causes and differences in the way you go about your daily routines as well, cant rule anything out.

although headaches are a sign that you are absorbing too much nicotine as well (nicotine poisoning first symptoms)

I think you're right. I'm not exactly sure it's even related to vaping, and I haven't had a good sleep in two weeks. If it ever is related to vaping, I think the issue would be that it's not enough. Thanks for your input! :)

Too much nicotine can also cause insomnia. What is your nic level and how much juice do you vape daily?
I suspect your problem is too much nicotine, but then I never even played a doctor on a TV show.

Did you have other symptoms at all? Just curious, because I'm finding it very difficult to figure out what is causing the headaches.

well, if you are having stomach cramps and its not that time of month. stomach cramps are another sign of too much nicotine. something to maybe narrow it down. When I had nicotine poisoning, first the headaches, then sort of dizziness and stomach cramps.

You can try mixing your eliquids with pg or vg to dilute your nicotine content, but vape the same amount of mL you usually do. See if that changes anything after a while, then you know it quite possibly might be your nicotine intake is too high and you may need to lower your nic mg level.

I'm aware of that, and I try to leave some time before bed without vaping. It helps a bit, but I think I should go 2 hours or more without vaping at night.

I'm on 18, vaping about 5ml/day. Was on 12, had to bump it up because it was way too low. I was a 3 pack a day smoker for 14 years.

Only symptom I'm getting is the headaches, I've never had any other symptoms.

Maybe change your vaping habits, or drop your nic level and see if the headaches go away then. If nothing changes then probably isn't vaping. Unless you were a non smoker before vaping, if you had headaches while smoking as well it could be something to do with the nicotine.

When I quit smoking 1.5 PAD of full strength 100's. I could not tolerate the 18 mg very well, headaches and such. After 2 weeks dropped to 12mg and stayed there for a month then dropped to 5-6 mg where I am now. I vape about 3-4 ml/day.

you might want to try some no artificial iingredient juice. ie virgin vapor or one of the others to see if it could be an ingredient in the juice causing your headaches.

See you on 18mg and about 5ml what hardware are you using I was a heavy smoker up to 60 roll ups a day when I switched to vaping i started on 24mg in the cigalikes, when I went to an ego\clearo setup I found that was too much and lowered my nic to 18mg. I kept that strength with my zmax and svd phase but when i went onto my 50w box mods and rta's I had to drop it to 12mg as the increased efficiency of the better hardware made a big difference. I have numerous medical issues that mean my sleep pattern is shot to hell so I'm vaping heavily and for the majority of the day and usually when I have a headache it's because of dehydration so have to increase my liquid intake. Hopefully your answer lies somewhere that we can help you with once we have more details :).

I use a lot of different hardware, but mostly my Kanger Subtank Nano and my Aspire Mega used with the CF MAXX mod battery. I do only use 12 with the Aspire Atlantis Mega and the CF MAXX battery, because the hits are insane on it. Lol

I also use a Nautilus Mini and others, but the above mentioned stuff is what I use on a daily basis, every day.

I think I may consider diluting some of my liquids... At least if this keeps up. It's weird because when I was on 12, I vaped nonstop without putting it down, because I didn't feel satisfied. Who knows, maybe I need something in between 12 and 18, and maybe I should always use 12 in all of my subtanks. I'll have to play around with it a bit.

Also keep in mind that as our bodies adjust to getting nicotine, without all the other crap that goes along with smoking, we find that we can lower the nic content. And sometimes need to lower the nic.

You might want to try vaping a much lower nic a couple of hours before bed. See if that helps. There is no firm way of doing things. Which makes this whole thing such fun  You're going to have to play around with different levels until you find your comfort zone.

Then in a few months, do it all over again. But if you can nail it down now, you will know what to look for if it happens again.

Good luck and let us know how you progress! This type of conversation helps others that may be having the same issues ;)
