Sorry if this has been discussed before but just wondering if anyone else has had similar issues. When ivape quite often I get what seems to be a build up of fluid I am guessing in my eustachian tube near my ear. Almost like a ear ache but without the pain just the full or muffled feeling in the ear. When I slack off it goes away after awhile. Just weird

Maybe you're having a reaction to pg? Try switching to a ratio with more vg and see if that helps.
That might explain why it's not all the time. Maybe the higher vg juices I use don't cause it.
Could be PG. Could be nic. In my family the slightest irritation to the throat or nasal passages triggers fluid in the inner ear.
The inner ear is SEALED. Nothing is "getting in", NOTHING.
I don't know who Rob Swire is, but he needs to find a new doctor and another scapgoat.

I get eustachian tube dysfunction with seasonal allergies so i know what you mean. You could try an antihistamine when it happens and you'll know that if it helps, you may very well have an allergy. If it's only when you vape, that tells ya something.
Quit vaping = Problem solved
The suggestions above sound reasonable to me.
