Hey guys, So I was at my local vape shop today and needed a new pair of batteries for my Fuchai 200w/Mutation x 234 I just bought. Obviously I have heard of conflicting stories about the VTC's production details, but apparently some are still being made in their singapore factory. Pretty Much they look great, and ill post a picture of the line code, but what I am not sure about is I read onLine, the new batteries produced in singapore have a C5 printed at the end of the line one for the VTC 4/5's which mine does. If anyone has some insight please let me know. Like I said, I purchased it from a nice vape shop who does sell legit LG's and premium equipment.

Battery Negative: View image: IMG 1474

Battery Indent: View image: IMG 1472

QR Code: View image: IMG 1473

Seal: View image: IMG 1475

The seal as you can also see looks perfectly done. I referred to this as an example: Did I buy real Sony VTC5?

The last post where it was confirmed from a battery manufacturer this was the real deal, still not sure though. Hoping someone has some insight. Thanks guys!

There was controversy over why they stopped I heard it was they wanted them intent for laptop only but that could be bull....eeee
From reading, they were not intended to be sold out individually for public sale at shops. They were made for manufactures and company devices. They were not ready for some of the lawsuits coming out from people mishandling their batteries and apparently slapped with a 300m dollar lawsuit. Then their factory in Japan closed from problems with the recent issues there. There is more on that on google, but like you said their singapore factory has been sending out shipments. Anyone looking to compare I would go look at mooch's review. He has authentic ones he tested recently.

Personally, I wouldn't take my chances for battery's at a "nice vape shop" ............
