Questions about different e-cig delivery systems

Hello everyone. As I have said in my other posts, I am new to e-cigs so i decided to do some research on google. I learned quite a bit but I still have one nagging question. After doing research, I decided I did not want to deal with clearomizers, cartomitzers, or cartridges; I would like to stick to dripping directly onto my atomizer. However, I learned that dripping is a very tedious method that, from my understanding, is pretty impractical.

So my question is: s there a delivery system that utilizes dripping without requiring frequent refills?

Some of the articles I read hinted at a kind of tank system that essentially utilized dripping by slowly feeding liquid into an atomizer. I would like to know if such a thing exists. I don't want to deal with wicks or cartridges or anything that expires in a matter of days (like within 2 weeks); which is why I am so determined to find a practical setup for dripping.

I am using a ProVari if that means anything.

even with dripping you have to deal with wick and rebuilding them. Unless you dont mind the burnt taste of a bad wick.. I myself find dripping to be more demanding the using a atomizer. One tank will last me between 1day to 2days. so on avg i refill my tank every day and a half, whereas dripping i have to re-apply juice every 10-15 puffs. with an auto dripper your essentially going to be doing the same thing as one would do with atomizer (refilling the feed tank). So my question is, what kind of difference are you looking to achieve?

dripping is a trade off. A little work for a great vape Once you start everything else is a backup. Most drippers are looking for the best flavor, cloud or both. Ok I'll try to answer your question you could try a tank setup but like you said you will never be happy. My suggestion is get your 20 newbie post in and come over to the rebuildable forum. Do a search on RDA or RBA atomizers.

Oh...another thought, since you have a Provari...if you get a cheap Kayfun clone and put aside the inner chamber, screw down one of the two metal tank rings without the center plastic ring, you basically have a dripper with a huge tank and airflow under the coil similar to an Immortalizer. I drove 40 minutes the other day without dripping once...

Steelrain. To answer your question, I am dripping liquid right onto the coil of the atomizer. What I heard and like about this method is that, aside from occasionally cleaning it, the atomizer -- and the coil in it -- is expected to function for several months before wearing out; the trade-off is the need to refill liquid after several puffs. What I am looking for is a setup that gives more puffs for refill.

There is the Drip on demand system, if you don't mind having such a contraption on your device. Drip On Demand |
I know there was a tank type setup that had a bottle in it you could squeeze to supply the liquid, but don't remember the name of it.

Are you thinking of the Aurora BFT?

Probably the best bet for the OP.

Sed Contra. One of the articles actually directed me towards REO. I checked out the website but I was totally lost because I am still very new to e-cigs. Are you saying I should get a new e-cig (battery and all) altogether?

Since you already have a Provari, an excellent device, I'd suggest trying a cheap rebuildable dripping atomizer (RDA), but it does sound like a REO would be a good fit for you.
