I do DIY juices and have been selling to friends and I like to be a perfectionist. I have heard FDA has rules and regulations about ecigs and eliquids but can't find them anywhere! I read on the FDA website that they have cited and sent warnings to certain manufacturers but they don't say why or what rules they broke.
I just want to be in compliance (even if its just for myself)! Anyone know where to find these regulations?
As a side note - is a tobaco license required for sale of eliquids? I called my chamber of commerce to see if they knew. They sent me to the board of equalization, they didn't know and transfered me to Sacramento BOE (im in california), where I spoke to a lawyer. She said she couldn't find any specific law that defined PVs and eliquids as tobaco products and therefore couldn't give me a straight answer. Any thoughts/sources for information?
