I made a small batch of e liquid with small mg/ml of nic juice. Say for instance, I wanted to bump up the nicotine a little more. Would I have to increase proportionately the pg/vg ratio and the flavoring percentage? Start from scratch? Bump up the nicotine only with the current batch and not worry about the rest? What's your experience with this? Thanks!!

Not knowing what final PG/VG ratio you want, what base your nic liquid is, and how much you'll need to add to get the level up makes this a very hard question to answer. It's easy enough to calculate with all the data. Unless you add more flavoring though, you'll obviously loose some strength of taste. I agree with haft2, if the batch is small, you can probably add some and not change it too much.

What is the nic suspended in PG/VG or either or...

My nic is 48mg/ml in PG, so my PG/VG mix is hard to gauge (just simple math, I know) when trying to dilute to 20mg/ml, then the flavors on top. It's tricky. I would say adding a coupla drops of your nic to your little batch will be OK, then if the flavor's off, add a drop of your choice. You should be fine. Just make notes and judge what you want to ammend next time you mix. My GF bought me a spiral notebook and I already have a coupla pages filled lol.

Grab the calculator I posted above. It will make your DIY life so much easier. Keep the notebook though for when you are playing around with a new sauce and when you get it right add it to the recipe database.

To maintain the flavor and PG/VG you could make a too-high version and mix them together. Super simply - Like equal parts of 12mg and 24mg ejuice mixed together would make 18mg ejuice. Equal parts of 24mg and 36mg ejuice mixed together would make 30mg ejuice.

Generally it is recommend to make a tiny amount of no-nic juice first to determine percentages of flavoring etc. Then make your real ejuice with nicotine.

There is also a free app for iPhone and android users called e-juice prob have it for blackberry too but it works great and for Dougiestyle I use the same 4.8% per ml. I usually mix that half and half with vg then use it as a 24 mg/ml I can make up to a 19 mg/ml with this and it cuts down on the harshness of the pg and nicotine but if you add in PGA it gives a much smother TH at any volt but nice with a 3.7 volt device with an oversized copper spring and a 2.0 ohm atty...
