If I have a 30 ml bottle of zero Nic juice and I have some 48 mg per ml nic how many drops do I use to make that 30 ml bottle into 3 mg nic. Thanks

You have 30ml that you want at 3mg, so 30x3=90; you need 90mg of nicotine total. At 48mg/ml, 2ml will put you at 96mg, there you go.
Cant say how many drops that is, as it will vary depending on what you are dropping from.
