UPDATED Rules:

- HOW THE WINNER WILL BE DETERMINED - WHO IS THE WINNER:

1) If there is only One Person who has picked the Team with the Highest Score that Week - They are the WINNER of the week (whether they are over or not - they picked the Team with the Highest Score) . . .

2) If more then One person picks the same Team with the highest Score for that week - Whoever is closest to the tie breaker question (Score) without going over, if needed, is the WINNER for that week . . .

3) If more then one Team Scores - The Exact Same Highest Score - Then the person who has come the closet to that score of both Teams without going over is the WINNER for that week and if there happens to be a tie, then both people will be declared WINNERS . . .​
