Quick question about inawera concentrates

Hi there i was wondering if someone could tell me what base inawera concentrates are ?

Are the PG based or something else looked everywhere online but still cant find out and as the label is in polish i cant tell if it says.

Just had a look at an Inawera box and safety leaflet but there's no actual mention of what the base is. I'm pretty sure it's PG but that's just an educated guess.

A few may be alcohol but most are PG.
