So, with all the juice brand's I've tried (Moon mountain, Suicide Bunny, Darkest Days, Halo) I've not had to steep really (I still do 24 hours in the closet with no lid/dropper just cause) and still get good flavor. I'm planning on ordering some Mt. Baker Vapor juice on their black Friday sale, and I read reviews on the flavors I'm getting saying they've steeped for 2-3 weeks for the flavor to really start kicking in.

I'm moving back to Florida on December 5, and instead of ordering the juices here to Texas risking not getting them in time for my flight (and also due to shipping times from the sale and holiday weekend) I'm going to have them delivered to my parent's place in Florida.

They will be sitting there for quite a while before I pick them up, and was wondering if they will in a sense "steep" a bit, while still sealed in the bottles/packaging, and maybe be ready to vape when I get there? I know steeping is done with open bottles, however maybe it still happens, just slower without having the bottles open?

Steeping happens any time the liquid is just sitting there.

Some people say "only after its been exposed to the air" but that makes no sense unless your juice was made in a vaccume.......
it wasnt.....they had to put it in the little bottle at some point, it was exposed to air at that point in time.....

As far as I know you cant encourage emulsion manually. It happens on its own sitting there. I seriously doubt you can effect the stuff on molecular level by shaking it.
Ultrasonic cleaners on the other hand or heating it....who knows. Ive never seen any solid scientific info on this anywhere on this site or else where.

Open bottles have little do with steeping. The open bottle is just to let alcohol evaporate, should there be any in a particular juice. The steeping occurs with time, so your juices will be well steeped by the time you get to them. I never let my juices air out. rather, I just give plastic bottles a quick squeeze to release old air and let new air in, and recap. With glass bottles, I just open them, quickly blow in the bottle, and recap it. Then I shake vigorously until there are tiny bubbles suspended in the juice. After that, it is just a waiting game.
