So Cal
I know this has been discussed before and that there's a whole thread on travel elsewhere, but I want to ask specifically Triton users their experiences flying with Triton tanks. I'm off tomorrow for 5 days, and looking at all my gear I'm thinking that the Halo is the way to go. All my vaping will be quick and dirty (why oh why didn't I order that 18mg Tribeca!) until I get back on Sunday. So, has anyone flown with fully loaded tanks (hand luggage I'm assuming) and not had them leak? If so, how did you do it? Or did they just leak an acceptible amount?

I'd rather load up all 7 tanks and not have to fiddle with juice. I only have 3 batteries (a 400, a 350 and the VV) and I'm thinking these should get me through from 6am till 11pm without a panic?

yup, recently in fact. As for the tanks, if they're loaded, make sure they are in your carry-on (in a zip loc JUST IN CASE) or on your person if you intend to stealth in the in flight lavatory. On the way to Hawai'i (which for us was a grueling 8.5hr flight from Dallas/ Ft. Worth, I had no issues with the two triton tanks and two minis I had on me/ in my carry on.

Flying back, I was a derp and packed some loaded/ semi-loaded ones in my checked baggage (didn't think about it) and they all leaked a bit, but not overly bad. Still, the one I had KC/ mystic in (on my person) gave me zero issues. I would recommend that once you board to disassemble the pocket setup for safety though.

TSA gave me zero issues with checking the Tritons/ tanks through security either, just make sure you place them in the tray with your keys and stuff.... they might ask what it is, but past that, I doubt they'd really care. Just be honest, and they should be cool as Wheezal after a drunken snow angel contest in which he got naked for extra points....

Hawaii last week and New York this week. I had some minor leaks with the carry on loaded tanks. No problems with TSA. I just left my batteries in my computer backpack jumbled in with all the other junk I carry. I would advise you to bring bottled juice and empty tanks because of the leaks. Just have one loaded for stealth vapes in airport and plane restroom and carry it in a baggie when not in use.

If anyone ever flies out of Fresno I have found the perfect stealth vape spot. PM me and I will clue you in.

Safe travels!

That's where I'm going! Guess it doesn't bode well for the stealth vape then:(

I stealth vaped at LAX and SFO in the restroom in one of the stalls. Just don't blow clouds. Take a smaller hit than normal and hold it in. Virtually nothing comes out. Lather, rinse, repeat... Same way on the plane...

if it's MBV it's prolly more like imitation bacon bits.

now if ahlusion or AIV or HALO (hint hint) makes bacon joos, then i'd be in real trouble.

Nah, if Halo made a bacon joos, it would be more like Pork Belly with 5-spice rub and a citrus-coffee demi-glace.

aka: fancy bacon

I read that MBV makes a bacon juice. I'm kinda torn on that.

I lost a battery, a new atomizer, a tank and almost my sanity from a bacon-flavored juice, a horrible experience ...

Had to do a HazMat operation to remove bottle and the contaminated hardware from my home, then slept shivering under an electric blanket with every door and window open (in December) to fumigate the stench ...

But I still love bacon, just cringe at the thought of bacon e-juice ...

Wow. Just...wow. I'm just picturing the awful shower from The Crying Game (or Ace Ventura, take your pick.) *shudder*

They do make a layered complex flavor experience, which is good for my ever changing taste buds.

How'd the tanks hold up on the flight, Evie?
And how do you like our little plot of flat, windy and dry (Tejas)?

Tapped out on a phone... I think

LOL That is AmandaD who is traveling. I lived in Big Spring until I was 16, Go Steers, LOL. And the only time I flew was at 10 when my parents put me on a plane in Midland/Odessa and shipped me to my grandparents in Alabama for the summer. Layover in Dallas then grandparents picked me up in Birmingham. I enjoyed it. I got my wings and got to see the cockpit during part of the flight. It was cool. I had my own flight attendant that flew with me the whole flight. I'm sure I'd be terrified to try and fly now that I'm an adult.

And I loved Texas when I lived there, I didn't want to leave!!! I went to school with a girl who now lives in Lubbock, Robin Moore. Freaky small world she is probably your neighbor. LOL
